We're looking for a talented and passionate UX/UI designer trainee to join our team and help us create amazing user experiences.

The Role

  • As a UX/UI design trainee, you'll work on a variety of projects, including:
  • Designing user interfaces for our web and mobile applications
  • Conducting user research and usability testing
  • Prototyping and iterating on designs
  • Collaborating with designers, engineers and product managers

Minimum requirements

We´d Love To See

  • Education: Graduated with a degree in Design or a related field
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio that demonstrates a good understanding of UI/UX design principles, with a focus on modern responsive design and mobile best practices.
  • Software: Proficient in UI-related software such as Sketch or Figma.
  • Animation: Basic understanding of the benefits of animation in an interface and the ability to prototype animations.
  • User-centered design: Basic understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility concerns, and user testing methods.
  • Technical understanding: Some technical/digital understanding, able to understand the potential development impacts of design decisions.
  • Communication: Able to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders.
  • Workload management: Able to manage their own workload with guidance and support.
  • Teamwork: Willing to learn from teammates and contribute to the team.
  • Collaboration: Open to receiving feedback and working collaboratively with others.
  • Passion: Passionate about all areas of design and innovation, and eager to learn more about the industry's latest trends and technologies.
