The challenge

We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead one of our core product domains, focused on Warehouse Management within the BRAINR platform.

As BRAINR continues to scale, we’re structuring dedicated, stream-aligned product teams around our most critical domains. This role will lead the team responsible for the WMS module, owning warehouse-related workflows end-to-end, from goods receipt and inventory control to picking, dispatch, and overall optimization.

You’ll play a key role in defining the strategy, roadmap, and execution of features that enable food factories to run efficient, accurate, and fully optimized warehouse operations, tightly integrated with production and quality processes.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional leadership role, working closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to transform complex warehouse and logistics operations into scalable, intuitive digital solutions.


What you’ll be doing

- Own the full product lifecycle for the WMS domain, from discovery and ideation to delivery and continuous improvement.

- Define and own the roadmap for warehouse management capabilities, aligning it with company goals, operational realities, and customer needs.

- Lead a cross-functional team of 3-4 people (Developers + UX/UI Designers) through clear priorities, iterative delivery, and data-driven decisions.

- Collaborate with customers, operations teams, and internal stakeholders to deeply understand warehouse processes and translate them into efficient software solutions.

- Identify and drive AI-powered features that increase warehouse productivity, accuracy, and decision-making quality, including automation and operational insights.

- Ensure that the WMS module scales with customer growth and integrates seamlessly with production, quality, and other workflows.

- Contribute to the evolution of product management practices at BRAINR, bringing structure, ownership, and continuous improvement to the team.


Minimum requirements

What we’re looking for

- 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, or Engineering Management roles, with ownership of complex product areas.

- Strong understanding of warehouse management, logistics, inventory control, or supply chain processes.

- Experience building SaaS products or complex B2B systems is a strong plus.

- Proven experience leading or mentoring cross-functional product teams.

- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to balance operational constraints with long-term product strategy.

- A collaborative mindset, comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

- Bonus points for experience in manufacturing, food industry, or industrial software solutions (WMS, MES, ERP).

- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
